Making OPPO 203 /103 to ultimate SACD transport

 

 

I think OPPO103 can be turn into the best SACD/CD music transport with HR PCM/DoP card or  I2S card

  

The used OPPO103 can be baught with very reasonable ( under 350 ).

So I recommend you to buy used OPPO 103 .

 

You may sell OPPO 205 with rather good price if you are not using this for 4K UHD .

 

OPPO 103/203 laser pick up can be baught with good price in E bay.

  so there is a little worry for parts in the future.

you can make this with under 1300$.

Cnsider expensive 6500$ PS audio Direct Wave SACD Transport which is based (actually core is same ) on OPPO 103 .

  My ultimate SACD transport with OPPO203 (103 ) has Femto clock and Aluminium BD ROM drive stabilizer which are not installed in PS audio Direct Wave SACD Transport.

 

finally you can use my ultimate SACD transport with OPPO203 ( or 103 ) as for excellent Blu ray player, which is not possible in PS audio Direct Wave SACD Transport.
